Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use ChatsFeed. By accessing or using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18+.
By accessing or using ChatsFeed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.
ChatsFeed is an anonymous-first, user-generated chat platform. By default, users are authenticated using an anonymous identifier.
ChatsFeed may also offer optional sign-in methods (such as email/password or phone verification) to help users keep the same profile across devices. ChatsFeed does not verify real-world identities and does not require you to use a real name.
Users may choose a display name and upload profile content. ChatsFeed includes a public wall and private direct messages (DMs), which may support text, images, GIF-style posts (which may be delivered as MP4), short videos, and voice messages. ChatsFeed may also support profile pages with user posts and galleries.
You are solely and fully responsible for any content you post, send, or upload on ChatsFeed, including display names, profile images, profile bios/links, and messages.

ChatsFeed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, message delivery, storage, or retention. Content may be removed automatically or manually at any time.
ChatsFeed is designed with automatic expiration of certain content:
Important: Deletion timing is not guaranteed to be immediate or irreversible due to technical limitations, caching, delivery delays, security logs, backups, or legal obligations. Users should avoid posting anything sensitive.
ChatsFeed may enforce limits on uploads (including file size, duration, format, and number of media posts) to protect performance and reduce abuse. ChatsFeed may also resize, recompress, or convert uploaded media (for example, downscaling large photos or converting GIF-style uploads to MP4) to improve performance.
ChatsFeed reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate content and to remove any content or restrict or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Images, GIF-style uploads, and videos (including on profiles) may be processed using automated moderation signals (including Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch and similar checks) to help detect and block prohibited content. Content that fails automated checks may be rejected, removed, or restricted.
ChatsFeed may include optional automated features referred to as ChatsFeed AI. AI-generated responses are provided for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You acknowledge that reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatsFeed and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Use of ChatsFeed is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of ChatsFeed after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
